Never Purchase a Historic Home From The Listing Agent or Their Company!

Every year I post this, so you, a trusting, prospective Central Virginia historic home buyer, will not get caught in this trap. A listing agent’s responsibility and allegiance is always in favor of the seller…not the buyer. Therefore, you could lose hundreds of thousands of dollars if you try and negotiate with the seller’s real estate company. Yes, the broker-owner(s) want BOTH sides of the deal and will really not bring this discussion to the table. So you could let it fly right by you…And that could be costly! So heed my only advice to you, never use the listing agent or their company when you are acting as the purchaser. Hire me and I’ll explain further in detail…then save big bucks! Toby
